January is a month filled with hope and expectation. However, did you know that 80% of New Year’s Resolutions fail by February? Most people get through the holiday season rushing and over committed, then arrive depleted going into the new year. With this in mind, we are excited to announce a studio wide Self-Care Challenge, a reNEW YOU program for the month of January! 31 days, taking small, intentional moments to recharge and nourish ourselves. Creating habits that will launch us into a year of health and well-being!

What do you do?

  1. Practice Yoga, Barre & Pilates. Come to the studio as much as possible! Challenge yourself to practice at least 3 times a week plus attend the workshops offered throughout the month. Practicing self-care and making your practice a priority is already a huge prize. We will keep track of of your progress and whoever practices the most by the end of the month will be rewarded with a Jade Yoga Mat + Elevate Yoga Mat Strap! ($99 dollar value)
  1. Load your MINDBODY account with classes. The best way to participate in the challenge is to have unlimited classes and save BIG on our workshops offered in January. We are offering your first month of UNLIMITED CLASSES + huge savings on Workshops for just $99*!
  2. Attend our Workshops/Special classes offered in January. We have four, self-care/ Mind Body renewal workshops lined up at the studio throughout the month to take your intentions to the next level in 2018. January is the time to reset and focus- show up, learn something new and get TWO EXTRA classes added to progress for your final attendance tally!

How does it work? Sign up in-studio, or send us an email  or a social media message we know you’re in! You will receive support from us via weekly emails encouraging you to take time out of your day for YOU!
